Upcoming Activities

  • Choir practice will be today at 1:30 PM at the Rhoades’.
  • The choir will be singing Hymn 67 “Glory to God on High” on January 22nd.
  • If you have any interest in the choir, please sign up for the GroupMe app and request to join ‘Heritage Ward choir’. Contact Brother Janeway for more information.
  • Stake choir practice will start January 29th at 7:00 PM (at the Stake center). The Stake choir will be performing at Stake conference, which is scheduled for February 11th-12th.
  • Stake Youth Conference (March 24th to 26th) registration is now through the end of January. There are two forms required to register. The Permission and Medical Release Form should be printed, filled out, and handed in to a member of the YW/YM Presidency:

  • Young Men Activities this Wednesday, January 18th:
    • Deacons and Teachers will meet at the Cockburn’s backyard at 7:00 PM for a bonfire and tinfoil dinner. Please bring a tinfoil dinner of your choice, along with a camp chair to sit in.
    • Priests will meet at Route 377 Go-Karts at 7:00PM
  • Young Women Activities this Wednesday, January 18th:
    • YW 16-18 Go Carting with Priests
      • 7pm @ Route 377 Go-Karts (5411 Denton Hwy, Haltom City)
    • YW 14-15 Board and Card Game Night
      • 7pm @ Sister Schoonmaker’s house (4856 Trail Hollow Dr)
      • Bring a game (optional)
    • YW 12-13 Glow in the Dark Games
      • 7pm @ the church
  • Sunday, January 22: Stake Youth Fireside, 7pm Bonds Ranch Building – All youth turning 12+ are invited
  • Saturday, January 28: Multi Stake Youth Dance, Colleyville Stake Center 8-10:30 – All youth turning 14+ are invited
  • Sunday, January 29: Worldwide Event for Youth (broadcast): I Can Do All Things through Christ at 5:00 – 6:30 PM (Note: time has changed from what was previously announced)
