Upcoming Activities

• Choir practice will be not be held today or for the next two weeks
• To keep up with the latest information about the choir, please sign up for the GroupMe app and request to join ‘Heritage Ward choir’. Contact Brother Janeway for more information.

• The Stake is holding Missionary Preparation classes for Priest age Young Men and Young Women who are planning on serving a mission. The classes will be taught by Sister Audrey Van Haaften and Brother Wesley Castlemain.
  • The classes will be one hour, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, starting March 24th at Bonds Ranch
  • The location will change based on the week of the month:
    • 1st and 3rd Sundays will be at the Stake Center in the Relief Society room
    • 2nd and 4th Sundays will be at Bonds Ranch in the Relief Society room

• Fireside for Adults and Youth on Tuesday, April 9th at 7:00 PM at the Stake Center CANCELLED

• Young Women Activity this Wednesday:
  • YW 15-18 – Combined with Priests – Volleyball at the church at 7:00 PM
  • YW 12-14 – Learning new games at the church at 7:00 PM

• Young Men Activity this Wednesday:
  • Priests – Combined with YW 15-18 – Volleyball at the church at 7:00 PM
  • Teachers – Meet at the Henderson’s at 7:00 PM for basketball
  • Deacons – Activity planning at the church at 7:00 PM

• Stake Primary Activity – April 13th
  • We want to invite all children turning 8 years old in 2024 and older to attend our Book of Mormon Stake Primary Activity, Saturday April 13, 1:30-3:30pm at the Alliance Stake Center. Dress casual. We encourage you register your child using the following registration link. Registration is encouraged but not required to attend. Friends are welcome!

  • The Book of Mormon is focus of this activity. We have many fun experiences planned for the children to participate in. We are excited to spend the afternoon with your children!

• Ward Temple Day – April 13th 4:00 PM

• Multi-Stake Youth Dance for ages 14 and up on April 20th at 8:00 PM at Hurst Stake Center

• The BYU football coach and players who will be here in person for a youth devotional at 2:00 PM on April 28th. There is also an opportunity for youth and adults to volunteer at a FAN FEST the day before (April 27th). • Heritage Ward Young Women Camp will be June 13th-15th
