Upcoming Activities

  • The choir will be singing Hymn 67 “Glory to God on High” today during Sacrament Meeting.
  • Choir practice will be today at 1:30 PM at the Pray residence.
  • If you have any interest in the choir, please sign up for the GroupMe app and request to join ‘Heritage Ward choir’. Contact Brother Janeway for more information.
  • Stake choir practice will start January 29th. The Stake choir will be performing at Stake conference, which is scheduled for February 11th-12th. Here are the scheduled rehearsals:
    • Sunday, Jan 29th: 7-9pm Stake Center Chapel
    • Sunday, Feb 5th: 7-9pm Stake Center Chapel
  • Stake Youth Conference (March 24th to 26th) registration is available through the end of January. There are two forms required to register. The Permission and Medical Release Form should be printed, filled out, and handed in to a member of the YW/YM Presidency:

  • Sunday, January 22: Stake Youth Fireside, 7pm Bonds Ranch Building – All youth turning 12+ are invited
  • Young Women Activities this Wednesday, January 25th:
    • All YW Combined – Family History Night
      • 7pm @ the church
      • Each girl needs to bring their church account access and an electronic device (laptop/ipad)
      • For time efficiency, it will be very helpful if each girl comes prepared with access to their church account. A parent will need to do this and it can be done at churchofjesuschrist.org. If you don’t have a device to bring, just bring your account sign in info.
  • Young Men Activities this Wednesday, January 25th:
    • Deacons will be having game night at the Brems’ house, from 7 to 8 PM
    • Teachers will be meeting at Brother Henderson’s house at 6:50 PM and will be driving to Christ’s Haven from there to offer service. Afterwards, there will be ice cream!
    • Priests will be meeting at 7pm at 9920 Broiles Ln for Priests cold plunge challenge. Will have hot-tub and fire pit going. Bring shareable snacks and bring swim suit and towel.
  • Saturday, January 28: Multi Stake Youth Dance, Colleyville Stake Center 8-10:30 – All youth turning 14+ are invited
  • Sunday, January 29: Worldwide Event for Youth (broadcast): I Can Do All Things through Christ at 5:00 – 6:30 PM (Note: time has changed from what was previously announced)
  • Youth Morning Devotional – February 12th at 8:00 AM at the Stake Center
  • Youth Devotional – February 25th at 7:00 PM at the Hurst Stake Center
